Industrial Cluster And Urban Construction Morphology--Focusing On The Developing Area Of Zhejiang Province

The paper studied the basic theories or Industrial Cluster and City Morphology. And it points out that the relation between them is stimulative. Industrial Cluster is the geographical expression of industry organization. The phenomenon of Cluster widely existed in the world and promoted the development of urbanization. While the construction form of cities changed momentlyduring the development of urbanization. And the relation between the construction form and Industrial Cluster is also stimulative. Industrial Cluster influence the construction form of cities from three aspects which are the regional network system of cities, the exterior morphology of cities and the interior configuration of cities. On the other hand, a good choice of construction form of cities can also make the Industrial Cluster develop healthily.In a sence, in the problems of future development such as the industrial distribution and the industrial structure adjustment, etc, the government doesn't master more information than the enterprises, nor could the superior government than the subordinate government. The industrial distribution and structure adjustment are mainly determined by the market competition in some fixed location. While on the other hand, the development of city morphology has the rule of self-organization. It is influenced by the society, economy and politics. It is not only decided by city planning. So the functions of government mainly lie in providing social public products include systems. The main purpose of the paper is not researching on the industrial cluster or the construction form of city. It lies in studying the relation between them form the forementioned three aspects. The paper simply summarizes the development strategies of city and Industrial Cluster and tries to translate the potential possibility and need of social and economic development into space language, and puts forward some new ideas of city planning. These ideas include: (1) implementing conceptional planning and proximate planning; (2) implementing urban-rural incorporate planning; (3) improving the importance of industrial development planning and social development planning in the master planning; (4) improving the flexibility of city planning; (5) enhancing the economic demonstrate of city planning, .etc.
