Any enterprise has experienced a growing process which is from a small business to a well-rounded company. Up to now, the total number of small corporations in china has been over 8 million and occupied a fraction of 99% in number. These enterprises make an offer of 60% of the gross industrial output value, 40% of tax, 75% of opportunities to obtain employment in cities and towns, 60% of value of export, respectively. Due to the limited power and weak anti –risk capability, small enterprises have been in danger of the bankrupt since their establishment. So, these enterprises will survive less if no re-establishment would be carried out to improve them. It is the most important for these enterprises to make a suitable developing strategy for themselves.Based upon the case studies on management and success mechanism for small enterprises, and presents several suggestions for a small company. I hope that the thesis would provide some useful reference and enlightenment to those companies in the hard start-up stage.
