What companies have ever been pursuing is growth. To survive and prosper in the fierce competition environment nowadays, a company must have the competence of anticipating market trend as well as sophisticated judgments. As long as Managers apply statistical forecast methods to decision-makings, he will own the ability to forecast the future accurately, and consequently reduce the possibilities of improper decisions.This article endeavors to establish a marketing decision support system for ABC company, which will better meet customers' demands, improve operational efficiency, realize the growth strategy. To accomplish the goal, the article analyzes the kitchen cabinet industry structure, forecasts market trend, describes the business strategy and marketing mix, formulates the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Model of ABC company.The Kitchen cabinet industry in China is in the growth stage in which opportunities and challenges coexist. Companies have to face more tough competition and diverse consumer demands while enjoying the business growth. ABC company has to analyze its consumer base, competitors as well as its product line in order to make a sound decision. It must also craft applicable growth strategy based on its competitive advantage.
