Enterprisers have continuously strove to improve enterprise management, decrease administrative cost and avoid management flaw. However, corporate culture is necessary for the management blank beyond regulations. More and more managers come to know that corporate culture is the spirit of the management and the corporate for enterprises to acquire sustainable competitive advantages. It is the culture management that is driving resource the management of the 21st century. The management pattern is people-centered value and emotional orientated, irrational. In order to acquire the survival and development space in future market competition, it is necessary for enterprises to introduce cultural management and reform corporate culture which is unfit for internal and external environments.On the basis of six months' survey and diagnosis to Beijing Topwalk Information Technology Co., Ltd. (Topwalk), this Paper discusses and researches the creation of the corporate culture through which Topwalk is to start a new undertaking and modify its enterprise logo, the design framework of Topwalk's corporate culture and the problems arising out of the construction of the corporate culture of the Company.This Paper consists of seven sections. In this Paper, relevant problems are first put forward. The research and development of corporate culture are summarized. The industrial background of Topwalk is introduced. The survey and diagnostic results to current situations of the Company are summarized. The scheme and implementation disposals on the creation of enterprise culture at various administrative levels are set forth. In addition, this Paper deems that the construction of corporate culture shall be consistent with features of industry and characters of staff. It further discusses the method for high-tech enterprise to establish its corporate culture fit for its own features of industry and characters of staff and to improve corporate culture. As to those knowledge-intensive enterprises whose employees of knowledge type are in the majority, the design of cultural construction shall mainly consider of humanistic management, human-based management, intercommunication/emotion management and the cultivation of group spirit of unification and collaboration. Through the discussion of the dialectical relationship between system and culture, this Paper deems that the construction process of the system of high-tech software enterprise must consider the amalgamation with corporate culture; the design of such system shall give priority to incentive and relaxed environment in order to stimulate employees' spirit of innovation and better exert their subjective initiatives. Meanwhile, this Paper discusses the important influence for enterprise leaders to earnestly practice what they advocate and to teach by personal example as well as verbal instruction during the construction of corporate culture.This Paper conducts the research by analyzing the case of Beijing Topwalk Information Technology Co., Ltd. I hereby hope that it can provide high-tech software enterprise with instructive proposals for reference.
