| To choose which kind of technique innovation patterns is a key problem to the living and development of a high-tech enterprise. Quantitative analysis was always adopt to solve the problem. But quantitative analysis has obviously weaknesses. It couldn't solve this problem exactly. The main point of this paper is to build up an integrated evaluation system of the selection of technique innovation pattern in high-tech enterprise, with the qualitative analysis of the effective factors. Finally, a scientific model of the selection of technique innovation pattern in high-tech enterprise is provided. Firstly, the paper begins with a discussion of three topical technique innovation patterns for enterprise, analysis their main characteristics and identify the strengths and weaknesses of themselves. Indicate them how to affect the selection of technique innovation pattern. Secondly, the paper analyze the effect of inter-externer circumstance factors on the selection of technique innovation pattern for enterprise. It presents the countermeasures to take advantage of the strengths and restrict the weaknesses. Thirdly, on the basis of three technique innovation ( including independence innovation, imitating innovation and cooperating innovation ), compling with the characteristic of high-tech enterprise, this article deals with the factors that affect the selection of technique innovation pattern in high-tech enterprise. A three-dimensional space model of the selection of technique innovation pattern in high-tech enterprise is presented, which is built up by means of SWOT and the two-dimensional SPACE coordinate. Furthermore, the usage of this model is presented in detail. The high-tech enterprise can use this model to select technique innovation pattern which is adaptive. Finally, the paper indicate some key factors on the selection of technique innovation pattern for high-tech enterprise, such as market environment, the protection of intellectual property, the characteristic of high-tech enterprise.
