Research On Time Management Of Electric Power Project Design

There are restricting providing electric in 22 provinces(cities, municipalities) in 2003,which partly area developed from short of electric power to short of electric power and capacity. Short of electric power is being a bottleneck to economy developing and short of electric power would be being in next years. There are increasingly drastic competition of international and china. Cutting short in design time is a main method to improve competing power. Enhancing project time management is to more quickly complete assignment. In paper, it brings the method of the project to bear electric power design.Firstly, it looks back the mutuality conception of project management and analyses the electric power situation and electric power design situation now. And it expounds viewpoint of the project management and the result of XB electric plant design. In the analyzing the reason of failing case, especially it analyses activity defining, time estimating, capacity of project management, element balance and progress plan control and so on. secondly, it introduces YL electric power plant which succeed in time management and brings out the method of time management: setting up rational organization structure, analyzing member in detail, defining activity in detail, taking into account the uncertain of project, enhancing progress control and applying project management instrument and so on. Finally, It looks forward to the prospect of the field in design and consultation.This paper analyses the problem of time management in electric design and brings out the method of resolving the problem. The fruit of this paper would be a use for reference to time managing of electric design and the field of design and consultation.
