Research On The Progress Management Of D1 Weapon System In The Space B Institute

Since the establishment of the space B Institute has been undertaken by China’s various types of missile weapon system development and batch production tasks. The D1 weapon system development project has been started since January 2015 in the space B Institute. The development work has three stages:the scheme demonstration, the engineering design and the design of the design. The design of the weapon system is planned in June 2018. Due to the urgent demand of the military, the development of the weapon system is short, and it is also high, so how to make a good progress in the development of the system has become a top priority of the project.This paper first gives a brief introduction to the development of the space B D1 weapon system project, considering the current situation and development status of domestic and foreign relevant research projects, using project management theory, combined with the actual situation of the project, starting from the design of the project schedule, schedule control planning and other aspects, the work breakdown structure, Gantt chart, milepost plan, network diagram, CPM schedule management method, the theoretical knowledge of project schedule management through a simple application form to the project practice, the project to speed up the progress of work, shorten the construction period, the project demonstration, engineering development and design three stages of progress control, ensure project schedule quality.
