Derived High-tech Enterprise Technology Innovation Discussed

The GLOBAL MARKETPLACE today is characterized by profound social, economic and technological changes. Consequently, technological innovation plays a most important role in nurturing the economy, in building industrial competitiveness, in improving the standard of living, and in creating a better quality of life. Along with the development of high-tech industry, high-tech companies are considered to be the most dynamic innovative group in today's world. The derivation is the most important character of high-tech companies.Firstly, this paper defines the concept of derivative high-tech companies and derivative technological innovation, discusses a few problems of derivative technological innovation faced by derivative high-tech companies. Secondly, based on the concept and the principle of technological innovation, this paper constructs a theoretic pattern for the process, model and characters of derivative technological innovation. Furthermore, this paper builds a measurable system for the evaluation of technological innovation capability in the pattern.Finally, the author puts the above presented theoretic pattern into practice, analyzes a success and a failure derivative medical electronic company in Shekou development area of Shenzhen city, and finds some ways to solve the problems of derivative technological innovation.
