The Analysis On Flexibility Of Enterprise Manufacturing System And Resource Allocation

In new economic times, market competition has spread rapidly all over the world. The core advantage of competition is not the low cost but the time. The individuation and diversification of market provide a great deal of chances and difficult problem. The flexibility of corporation is a sort of ability to deal with the uncertainty of exterior environment and it will become the core advantage of competing in the future. The flexibility of corporation is larger; the ability of affecting and controlling is better. The essence of corporation is an aggregate of resources. These resources gather together according to definite rule in space-time, which form the basis and precondition of corporation and its running. On the other hand, these combinations of resources also determine the ability of responding to the changes of environment. The flexibility of corporation is connected with the resource allocation tightly. Consequently, corporation will have to deal with some quite important questions that they should enhance the ability of responding market quickly, satisfy the multi requirements and allocate the resource efficiently in order to reduce the cost and acquire competitive advantage.For the reasons above mentioned, based on the present study status on flexibility and resource allocation, from the perspective of corporations, this paper discusses the evolvement and difficulties of flexibility in order to facilitate the study on flexibility and resource allocation in management decision of corporations. At first, the paper illustrates the theory framework correlated with flexibility of manufacturing system, including the definition, intention and showing forms of flexibility, etc. Then based on these theories, the paper studies the measures of flexibility and its value, set up a function model about flexible value and its cost of manufacturing system, put forward some ways in order to enhance the flexibility value. And then the paper probes the relationship between the flexibility of manufacturing system and resource allocation, stipulates the optimization of resources allocating, analyzes the resource structure of manufacturing system, researches the relationship between the flexibility of manufacturing system and resource allocation. Furthermore, based on the flexibility, the paper does an analysis of techno-economics to the resource allocation of manufacturing system. At last, the paper studies the application of the model about flexibility value and an example utilized in resource allocation.
