The Research On ISP And Its Flexibility Of Enterprise

In this paper to the lack and scarcity of the traditional information system planning during the process of enterprise's informationalization and corporation reengineering, Based on the summary for domestic and overseas research and application actualities about ISP and relative fields, diversity and dynamic of internal and external enterprise's circumstance which is faced during the process of ISP is analyzed deeply, and it includes three aspects: enterprise strategy, enterprise's organization and operation flow oriented process and the information technology which is changing with each passing day. Relations between ISP and organization of enterprise and process of business are analyzed as the emphasis.On the basis of analysis above, using the theory of information system flexibility, the concept of ISP's flexibility is defined and it's constitute elements is educed, and after that aimed at the every sustain flexibility, corresponding method is proposed.Finally, some light machine industry group's information system is taken as the background, the methods mentioned previously are applied partially to the development course of this enterprise's information system, with the use of case study to demonstrate and descript concretely.
