The Research On The Scale Of The Government Bonds And Its Sustainable Development In Our Country

Along with the strengthening of our government bonds policy in macroeconomic regulation and the increasing of the scale of our government bonds, the question of scale of the government bonds has already caused the extensive concerns of the various circles of society, especially economical circles. This paper has carried on research to the problem of scale of government bonds according to the train of the logic analysis thought that form qualitative analysis to quantitative analysis and then to the mixed analysis. The full paper is divided into five chapters altogether. Firstly, the paper mainly explains the research background, research range and domestic and international situation about the problem of scale of the government bonds at present in the introduction of chapter. In chapter two, the paper judges the scale of the government bonds of our country according to the economic effect of the government bonds, this chapter carries on research to the economic effect of the government bonds with empirical analysis and judges appropriately to the scale of government bonds of our country at present. In chapter three, the paper investigates the scale of the government bonds by the generally acknowledged indicators used for controlling debt risks and carry on the discussion to appropriateness of these indicators. On the basis of the analysis of the ahead three chapters, starting from the angle of sustainable development of the scale of the government bonds, this paper set up the sustainable development model of the government bonds in chapter four, and makes empirical analysis on the development trend of the government bonds in our country and drowns the stable condition which keeps sustainable development of the government bonds. Finally, regarding sustainable development of the scale of the government bonds in the future as object, the paper in chapter five puts forward some relevant policy suggests to the government bonds in our country by combining the ahead four chapter conclusion with the Scientific development view made by the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Party Central Committee of party.
