Research On Sustainable Development Mechanism Of Ecological-economic System In River Basin

In this paper, based on the theory foundation of ecological economics, environment economics, natural resources economics, western economics and management science etc, the taking the eco-economy system of watershed as the object, and combining our country's fact, the author studied the mechanism of eco-economy system's sustainable development in watershed using the dissipative structure theory, catastrophe theory, self-organization theory and system dynamics theory. The whole dissertation is divided into seven chapters, and the main contents are concluded as follows:In Chapter 1, an overall synthetical commentary on the basic thoughts and basic concepts of ecological-economic theory and sustainable development theory is given, and the elemental points of view of sustainable development theory are summarized. The survey to the present research in home and abroad was put up. And the major research content, research objective and research method were give out.In chapter 2, the essential characteristics of the sustainable development strategies of eco-economy system in the River basin is analyzed, and the theory kernel of the sustainable development of eco-economy system in the River basin is summarized. And the frame of the structure system of sustainable development strategies is built up, the logical relation and the process inside the structure system is analyzed, and using the function analysis types, the inherent relation between the chief essential factors and the total ability of the sustainable development of River basin is explained.In Chapter 3, using the points of view of dissipative theory, the dissipative structure characteristics of eco-economy system in the River basin is analyzed, the development course and evolution characteristic of the eco-economy system in the River basin is demonstrated, and at last the negentropy sources and the entropy value of the eco-economy system in the River basin is radicated.In Chapter 4, the disaster theory of eco-economy system and control principle of sustainable development were studied. The disaster reason and the calamity characteristic of eco-economy system were analysis, and the forecasting method of calamity was put forward. The succession mechanism of eco-economy system was analysis, and the control principle of sustainable development was put forward. At last the swallowtail model of sustainable development of eco-economy system based on catastrophe theory was set up. And then the administration on ecology calamity of eco-economy system was studied. The model of ecology calamity administration was set up, and the proof analysis to the ecology restoration pattern of soil erosion in Yangtse River basin.In Chapter 5, the sustainable carrying capacity of eco-economy system was studied. Firstly the definition and theory intension of the carrying capacity is analysis. The population carrying capacity of soil in Yangtse River basin was valuated. The relative carrying capacity of river basin was studied. And then, the base concept oncarrying capacity of water resources was analysis. The research method on the carrying capacity of water resources was found. And the analysis frame of the water resources' carrying capacity is put up. Based on the foundation of it, the system dynamics model of the water resources' carrying capacity is give out.In Chapter 6, basing on the giant complex system characteristics of the sustainable development system of River basin, the sustainable development objective of eco-economy system in the Yangste River basin is enacted, and the realizing course and methods of the sustainable development objective of eco-economy system in the River basin are explored and discussed. Then the system dynamics early warning model of the sustainable development of eco-economy system in the River basin is set up, and the system dynamics early warning system of the sustainable development of eco-economy system in the River basin is put forward.In Chapter 7, the index system of sustainable development of eco-economy system was studied.
