Analyze And Redesign The Payment System Of PGG CSST

Pangang Group Chengdu Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. (PGG CSST) is a new big metallurgical industrial enterprise that is established on the basis of two old state-owned enterprises. There are a lot of problems of its payment system due to the lack of basic work and achieving the tactical goal of uniform management. With deeply analyzing its existing system, this thesis tries to put forward a reasonable solution based on its reality by the scientific payment theory and design method. Emphasizing the combination of interior consistence and exterior competitive ability, it will make the payment management of the company more strategic.This thesis includes three parts. The first part is the explanation of some concepts and theories relating to the payment system design. The second part introduces the existing payment system of PGG CSST and analyzes its problems. A redesign aim at the problems of the current system is brought forward in the last part; it mainly deals with basic payment system, annual salary system of manager and payment of salesman.
