Redesign Of PK Supermarket Company (East China Area) Training System

With China's accession into the WTO, the enterprises will be confrontinga globalizing and organizing knowledge-based economy era, where they areexposed to fierce competition. The cruel competition made the enterprisesunderstood that the key factor that matters in the knowledge-based economyera is the technology and the talents. Human resource is one of the mostvaluable resources of all. Secondly, the article gives a model of enterprisetraining system and describes the sub-systems in detail, which offers a theoryforeshadowing to the redesign of PK Supermarket Company (East Chinaarea) training system. Thirdly, the article gives a brief introduction to PKSupermarket Company(East China area) and the present condition of its HRsystem, by analyzing its present condition, which is not suitable forcompany's development, the article provides a clear train of thought in PKSupermarket Company(East China area) training system design andpractical design contents, including training demand analysis,trainingcontents system,training management system,trainer management system,...
