Furthermore, because of the specialized function of procuratorial organ on the prevention and stroke against functionary crime and added the author's special capacity of work and the inertia of thinking, more attention was fixed on procuratorial work and the proper reformation on the prevention and control against the grass roots functionary crime was heavily discuss.
