In the new round of judicial reform,the full implementation of the personnel quota become a hot and difficult problem.This management mode reform shows that the judicial system of human resource management is to specialization,refinement,and professional direction.Prosecutors classified management reform is bound to cause to the innovation of the old performance appraisal system and formatting the new performance evaluation system matching with the classification management pattern.However,the current procuratorial personnel classification reform progress faster,and Original procuratorial personnel performance evaluation method does not match with the prosecutors the reform of classification management of the ongoing situation.So that We require a new performance evaluation system.The main stakeholders are all kinds of prosecutors,and we need to objectively reflect the reality of the prosecutors thought,especially the idea of grass-roots prosecutors.According to the survey,the procuratorial personnel performance evaluation under the classified management model have look forward to:one is expected performance evaluation more targeted,can well balance between three types of personnel subjects of realistic interest relations;the other is to hope that the result of the performance evaluation can form the basis for future career development,especially the procuratorial personnel,the judicial administrative personnel hope performance evaluation results can be beneficial to their future career development.According to the functions of the three types of job quality,building grass-roots prosecutors classification management mode of the performance evaluation system can use the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods and Set different weights of evaluation indexes.In the secondary indicators,work ability,the work performance,professionalism of three kinds of procuratorial personnel are accepted should be the elements of evaluation.In level three assessment indicators,prosecutors' "Integrity" highest weight;The "abide by business rules" and "efficiency" weight of procuratorial support personnel are higher;"Abide by the business practices","Teamwork" and "Participation" weight of the judicial administrative personnel are higher.This fully reflects grassroots prosecutors will and setts different weight based on job function literacy performance evaluation index system and it will be conducive to push and promotion in practice.
