Research On Tourism Real Estate Development In Towns On Urban Fringe

Towns on the urban fringe are the most vibrant components in course of urbanization. Tourism real estate is a new-style of real estate industry in China, which joins the tourism industry and the real estate industry together. Under the requirements that the whole country will accelerate the course of urbanization and protect the environment of towns, each town has to adjust its industrial structure. So how to combine and develop it becomes a challenge. The thesis mainly researches on the tourism real estate development in towns on urban fringe as well as its precondition and form.By analyzing the characteristic, the form and the existing problems in the development of small town and meditating the concept, the types and the representative cases of tourism real estate, the thesis gives an in-depth study on the precondition, the factors of influence and the development circumstances of tourism real estate in towns closed to big cities. Then the thesis draws a conclusion on the suitable investors/customers, the considerable issues and the corresponding methods.At last, based on the conclusions given above, the thesis describes the approaches and the main points in the development of tourism real estate in towns on urban fringe with a real-world example of Fuchunjiang Town.
