The Research On The E-procurement Of Enterprise

Based on the research of e-procurement at home and abroad,this paper concludes the research of characteristic and deficiency of e-procurement at present. from the fact of procurement of enterprise,it have fully considered the procurement and management of all materials,applies the strategy orientation to the materials of e-procurement of enterprise,studies the e-procurement with strategy thinking and how to make an e-procurement,and offers an method aiming for one material to make a procurement for price or to make a bidding procurement;it has put forward the clear definition and evaluation criterion to the supplier of all kinds of materials,sets up a vendor evaluating model on the basis of the fuzzy synthetical method;Finally,it gives a detailed device and development of e-procurement system to AA limited company,and compares the result with the cost,storage,procurement efficiency without making an e-procurement system and so on in detail.
