Research On The Forming Of Enterprise Core Competence Based On Knowledge Management

The enterprise core capability is the fountain of continuous competition predominance. Core capability is a foreword question researched in management field at the present time, and one of the arrival of the era of knowledge-based economy, corporations are now confronted with many new challedges as the result of rapid knowledge ungrading, intense competition and the change of circumstances and the development of organizations. In this case, it should be viewed the knowledge-based management will bring about new power for the sustainable of corations.This paper first analyzed the core competition ability of the enterprises. Its inner structure, outer characteristics and the structure arrangement of core competition ability are also discussed. By means of AHP and blur synthesize appraise method, the identification mode of core competition ability is established. And then, this paper analyzed some basic theories of knowledge management and studying organization. The viewpoint that the structure of studying organization should be transformed from flat structure to horizontal structure is brought forward. It is thought that the organization which has a horizontal structure is more advantageous to the studying organization's development. The paper indicates that knowledge management and the studying organization have a interactive relation. Then the paper analyzed the effect of knowledge management to the core competition ability of one enterprise and its mechanism. It pointed out that the key of core ability of one enterprise is the knowledge management. It is thought that management of the enterprise's knowledge value chain is the most important part of the enterprise's knowledge management. The theory mode of knowledge value chain is put forward. In the last, on the basis of the knowledge management and organization construction, the concrete layout on how to develop, update core ability is put forward. This paper pointed out the way to foster and advance the enterprise's core competition ability, which indicates the direction of the enterprise's continuance development.
