The sustained competitive advantage of enterprise is regarded as the result of the distinctive competence, which makes the enterprises doing better than their competitors, that is so called enterprise core competence. With the constant development of the knowledge economy, enterprises of our country face the enormous challenge of the domestic and international rival, how to open and form oneself core competence to become task of top priority. This article has exactly made a deeper analysis to the development of enterprise's core competence in terms of knowledge and knowledge management.Where do the competition advantages of enterprises come from?
