The Establishment Of The Enterprise Core Competencies, Management And The Enlightenment

From the aspect of knowledge management this thesis uses some theories and ways of knowledge economy and innovation theory to make a research about the construction of the core force in enterprises so that it can provide new train of thought for raising the core force in enterprises. There are four parts in the thesis:first,it reviews the era background,the theory source of the core force theory appearance arid its development;second,it illustrates the connotation and characteristics of the core force theory on the condition of knowledge economy;third,it's the core of the thesis,it expounds four specific ways which can get new knowledge to produce the core force in enterprises including developing innovation products,developing innovation technologies,innovating strategies and acquiring new knowledge from outside;fourth,it gives some proposals how to raise the core force of our national enterprises.For the limited ability of the author,there may be some mistakes and flaws in the thesis. I really hope that respected teachers and old classmates give me more advice.
