With the entry of WTO that cause a great change in economic environment, Chinese enterprises are exposed with chance and threat, Being a developing country, China is in a phase of transition towards a completely opened market, whether the enterprise can take advantage of this chance to make a big business progress or be phased out little by little by the coming MNCs is depended on whether they can make new international operating strategy, initiate proper organizational innovation, grab larger market share etc. because after the transition of Chinese market, the national protection ,industrial privilege will not exist any more, HeBei AnJia Wirenet Weaving Co., Ltd.Which represents Chinese Mid-small enterprise is taken as a example during this research, international trade theory and international marketing theory is applied throughout this research to find changes of enterprise operating environment, problems existing in the enterprise running, and possible potential development etc., then the research draw up a marketing strategy that will guide the AnJia Ltd. to fight with the competitors, improve company international competitiveness, open new international market.This paper provides valuable reference about how domestic enterprises develop new overseas market, set an example of how mid-small enterprises improve inner management, marketing ability etc.
