This research paper concentrates on the practical marketing strategy of small communicated enterprise in China which don't know how to operated in marketing or lack of marketing strategy in long-term, according to the modern marketing theory and method. To support this thesis the paper is developed into three parts. The first part deals with the characters of communicated market and facts the various marketing ways exist in early-stage, which small communicated enterprise develop. In this part also analyzes the theory and practical ways of Supplement Marketing Strategy, Following -on Marketing Strategy and Creative Marketing Strategy one by one .The second part focuses on the marketing strategy in developed-stage of small-communicated enterprise. It explains that application of Active Marketing Strategy and Offensive Marketing Strategy and emphasis on Target Marketing Strategy. The third part studies and discuss method which should be adopted when small- communicated enterprise withdraw from the market.The paper puts theory into practice, so it is readable and easily applicable. It believed that the thesis is helpful for small-communicated enterprise to exist in such a competitive environment and contributed to the development of communication industry.
