Interests binding mechanism is the key to success of industrialization of grass industry. Based on the study of source of benefits, way of binding, and problem in industrialization of grass industry, we have put forward the corresponding measure. The development of industrialization of the grass must be based on ability to bear of ecology of the grassland , on the basis of analysing ecological current situation of Hulunber Grassland .we have analysed the reason formed so as to put forward the measure that should be taken in the industrialization of the grass.
