| Property management is a kind of advance manage mode that is fit in market economy. This manage mode includes management, operate, service as a integer , is provided with the widely development future. This paper regards the property management's hot development of grand city's background, improving the life-level and working condition of people in country and middle/mini type cities as the purpose, studying and using the advanced experience of property management in city, resolving the problems of property management and exist in community development's management in middle/mini type cities as the start, according to expound the property management's theory and practice by the numbers and to compare the different specialty in between country and middle/mini type cities and grand cities, pointing out the main problems which is indwelled in the course of property management in country and middle/mini type city, and discussing the use of city's property management to innovate country management mode of reference, analysing the develop direction of middle/mini type cities property management, doing in the demonstration study in the middle/mini type cities property management, from these to draw a conclusion for the universal role about development of the property management in middle/mini type cities.
