Study On Guarantee System Of The Executive Ability Of On-The-Spot Management And Operation Mode

In the Chinese business enterprise field, when more and more business enterprises unload superficial and turn to the reasonableness with try to be practical, they even pay attention to how to let these strategies fallen to the ground with the prospect. From here, the " execution" problem became the most popular discussion topics in management and theories fields in two years. Today, business enterprise environment is described with dynamic complexity and indetermination. Any business enterprise under this kind of environment background must lead into the gentle thought in strategy with developing in order to exist. This paper is based on the questionnaire research of 184 enterprises and fieldwork of 10 enterprises. According to the current situation of the theory of on-the-spot management and executive ability, this paper creatively advances the proposition of the executive ability of on-the-spot management and studies on it under the current dynamic circumstances. It puts forward a tentative framework of the guarantee system of the executive ability of on-the-spot management, and as to this framework writer put forward some opinion about his operation mode.
