Since the beginning of the 21 century, an outstanding problem has been encountered by Chinese enterprises, especially those private-owned enterprises. The problem is, how to determine their own core business through scientific and effective means, choose and construct a suitable strategy for themselves and ensure the long term stability and continuous development of the enterprises, when they are confronted with an extremely complex and dynamic competitive environment.Through the study of application of dynamic competitive strategy models, the purpose of this thesis is to provide reference for those enterprises who are confronted with the above mentioned dynamic competitive environment, who are thirst for effective discernment of the core resources and key elements of success, who long for the ability to determine their own core business based on environment, core resources and corporate spirits, and who dream to construct a suitable strategy for themselves.The target of this study is the Sany Holding Co. ltd. In combination of the development of Sany Holding Co., ltd., this thesis compares different strategic thinking models under different environments, and provides a strategic thinking model under the dynamic competition background. On this ground, this thesis analyses the dynamic competition environment in front of Sany Holding Co. ltd. and the resources it owns. This thesis distinguishes its core resources and key elements of success. On the other hand, this thesis explores five interactive relationships which should be determined before an enterprise establishes its strategy, on the basis of the relationship of industry, core resources and corporate spirits, and determines the core business of the Sany Holding Co. Ltd., suggests it a new developing strategy.The important analysis achievements are as follows:1 ^ Providing the strategic thinking model under the dynamic competitive background on the basis that the corporate spirits is thefoundation of the strategic policy;2> Explicating five relationships which should be well dealt with before determining an enterprise strategy policy by way of practice;3^ Suggesting the developing strategy for the Sany Holding Co. Ltd. in combination of the reality of the company.
