The requirement of individuation become more and more high in ideological political education, along with the establishment and development of the socialism market economy, the constant reinforcement of people's independence consciousness and the difficult degree of ideological political education. The most important and basement work of self-education is reinforcing the investigation of the inherence motivity of educatee in ideological political education. The conception of inherence motivity is rooting in the conception of the individual's inherence motivity in psychology, and that is the sign of researching deeply of the individual educatee's inner world in the ideological political education. But the investigation of inherence motivity is not enough depth and system in the field of ideological political education at the present time. The present paper is an attemption of deep and systemic investigation about the conception of inhernce motivity. The present paper includes four great parts. The first part: The scientific definition about inherence motivity, the relationship between inherence motivity and self-education, and the significance of investigation of inherence motivity at the base of simple analyse of it's appearance and development. The second part: There are three kinds of factors contribute to the composing of inherence motivity in ideological political educaion, the first factor is the motivation of individual's requirement, the second factor is that the direction of inherence motivity was selected and controlled by individual's self-conciousness, the third factor is that the intensity of inherence motivity, namely, magnitude of inherence motivety, it can be adjusted by individual's self-conciousness. The third part: discussing the individual difference of educatee in the ideological political eduction, first is the difference in direction that because of the otherness of different advantage of individual; second is the construction differnce, namely, the otherness of component of individual inherence motivity; third is self-discipline difference, namely, the otherness because of individual different age,role,mental state,ideal conviction. The fourth part:discussing in detail that how to drive the educatee's inherence motivity of ideological political eduacation is the investigation's emphases. The present paper discussing that how to drive the individual's inherence motivity from education corpus ,social model ,social community,social current of thought…etc. four aspects.
