We have lost the control of the practice which is harmful, with the economic growth and social development of a country, the number of new-building project increases, the size is more and more enormous as well. So managing risk has become an important aspect of project mamagement. Recently, the project risk in china is still on its way, the technology and research of risk is not ripe. My article will study the analysis technology of risk , as well as the answer.Firtly, I'll study the course of the project risk management which help me define the concept about risk.In the part of analysis technology, I' 11 discuss the appilication of Monte Carlo technique which is an important method in risk analysis. At the same time .precondition in the traditional Monte Carlo technique is that variable must be absolute. Ignoring the relativity of the variable may lead to warp in risk analysis.I'11 work in correlative coefficient and bring forward the mode. The article combine an example which make the Monte Carlo useful in project also. The computer programme make it more useful and feasible.In the part of risk answer, I spend plentyful energy in find the answer to the risk , found assessment index, construct a fuzzy evalution mode based on AHP and fuzzy maths.
