Research On Entrepreneur Development Environment And Mechanisms

In the knowledge economy epoch being characteristic of knowledge and technology, the business environment becomes more sophisticated and is constantly changing. With much higher requirement for the validity, decisiveness and velocity of business decision, the personal quality of enterprisers is doomed to play a critical role in the business development. And this tendency becomes more and more obvious. However, unfortunately, home market is short of both prominent enterprises and outstanding enterprisers seriously now.Under the support of some related departments, we have made lots of practice and investigation into the living status quo of native enterprisers and found many difficulties among them. Then we try to research and inquire into how to build an effective mechanism for their development by means of such ways as deduction, comparison-demonstration and drawing support from others' experience, based on existing theories and practical experience home and abroad.So, to design the main body of such a mechanism is the focal point of this paper. An enterpriser's development means a series of reactions under stimulus of special environment at special time. These reactions are principally affected by two factors .One is the personal quality of an enterpriser as a subject. The other is the objective environment around him, including personal environment, organizational environment and external environment. Between the two factors, the latter is more important. According to this analysis, two models for enterprisers, one about their qualities of capability and personality and the other about their development for the whole team, are presented. Because five mechanisms, which are market mechanism, assessment mechanism, incentive mechanism, binding force mechanism and fostering enterprisers mechanism, are the most important parts to design a development mechanism and one plays into another, we discuss them by a large length of this paper.Finally, we hope that our study can be referred to make a decision by our government. What's more, we expect that it can draw all walks of social life's attention to enterpriser's status quo and then try hard to provide a healthy environment for them.
