Research On Method Of Product-Oriented Quality Data Management

Aiming at the characteristics of enterprise quality information such as separateness, complexity and randomness and the status that quality information management of Product over all Life Cycle is difficult to realize, product-oriented quality data management model is advanced. Firstly, the objective laws of product quality formation are analyzed and summarized from product design, manufacture and after service, and product-oriented quality integration management is advanced from the point of view of quality information integration. Secondly, the concept of product-oriented quality data management is put forward, and by analyzing its direction mechanism, the direction model of product-oriented quality data management is built. Based on this model, product-oriented quality data management method is built by adopting bill of materials technology and object-oriented technology. The model transforms separate quality information into product-oriented quality information effectively and realizes quality management of Product over all Life Cycle by regarding product configuration as direction of data and organizing quality data by quality bill of materials. Finally, by developing product-oriented quality data management system, the feasibility and effectiveness of product-oriented quality data management method is proved.
