Product Quality Management System And Achieve

With the development of Internet techniques, Contemporary Integrated Manufacturing System (CIMS) has been widely used in enterprises, which provides more advanced requirements for Quality Management System. It has become an urgent problem for enterprises to develop a Computer Aided Quality Management System (CAQ) based on the Internet/Intranet/Extranet and integrate it with other systems in the enterprise such as Management Information System (MIS), Manufacturing Automation System (MAS) and Engineering Design Automation System (CAD/CAPP/CAM). This CAQ system is required to implement quality analysis and control throughout the life cycle of products, evaluate the process or achievements, and manage quality information. We made a study and discussion focused on the above topic and developed a CAQ system for Northwest Zircocladding Co., Ltd (NWZ).Based on the requirement analysis of NWZ-CAQ system, we designed the general structure of the system, set up the functional model and information model, and pointed out the solution method for the key techniques in the system developing. Especially, focused on the requirements for Computer Aided Statistical Process Control System (CASPC), we presented the technical feasibility and advantages of implementing CASPC using Microsoft EXCEL 2000, and described the functional structure as well as workflow of the NWZ-CAQ-SPC system, followed by some key techniques during the software developing process. Besides, we discussed the method for process and achievement evaluating, and made some improvements for the traditional fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Furthermore, we introduced the characters of quality management system under network information environment, studied on how to build NWZ-CAQ system according to ISO 9000:2000, and discussed the implementing method of Integrated Quality Information Management System (IQIMS).Some of the research results in this paper have been used in NWZ and gained the customers' satisfaction.
