Study On Location Option And Overall Layout Of Logistics Park

With the rapid development of modern logistics in the world, it is regarded as a breakthrough point for promoting the development of modern logistics to focus on the planning of Logistics Park (LP shortening as follows), which is becoming an important problem for accelerating the logistics industry even for the development of the economy. Among them, the location option and overall layout of LP are important and basic parts for impacting the development of LP.In recent years, the problem have be in-depth studied macroscopic by experts in the world, but few in microscopic. Based on this kind of condition, the thesis aims at the location of several LP in same region and overall layout of LP.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:â‘ The beginning of this thesis discusses the conception of logistics and the people's acceptation of this industry. Subsequently, the thesis presents the general knowledge of LP and the conception interrelated, analyzes the role of LP in logistic system, the forming, the developing, and the classification of the LP.â‘¡In Chapter 3, the thesis analyzes the relationship between LP and city,, and the location of LP in our country, sums up the principles of LP location option , researchs the facts influenced on LP location. According to total expenses, by means of Exact-of-gravity Approach and Mixed Integer Programming method, the mathematical model of LP allocation is put forward. Following, the thesis introduces the method of plan evaluation.â‘¢In Chapter 4, at first, the thesis analyzes the land usage scale. On the base of summarizing the fundamental functions, and dividing the function districts, the LP overall layout is formulated by taking the method of Systematic Layout Planning. At last, the thesis analyzes the plan method of road net and greed land system, and introduces the methods of plan evaluation in LP overall layout.
