China is in the social transition these years and the minor moral education system is also inadequate. some kinds of western ideological entrance to a country, and also have the intense impact on the domestic minor's core values, and creates a series of social problem. In 2001, "Civic virtues Construction Administration Summary" proposed that we must profit from the overseas moral education advanced experience positively, and establish the appropriate moral education system diligently.The new Character education in United States is a traditional form of moral education, focusing on the construction of young people to develop good character and core value system. The increasing decline of social morality and young people corrupted the moral character happened in 1980's of the United States.
