As an important component of civil society and mechanisms, non-governmental organizations play an irreplaceable role. In the sight of the relation between political parties and non-governmental organizations, our non-governmental organizations has experienced a tortuous process: From the helper of the Chinese Communist Party Revolution, to the community absorption after the founding of the new country, and then to a total negation during the period of "Cultural Revolution" , and the rebirth of reform and opening up and revitalizing, the development of non-governmental organizations have never left the influence of party. In the perspective of historical experience, the leadership and integration of party to non-governmental organizations, can be summarized in two basic modes: First, organizational integration, the second is social integration. In a sense, organizational integration is a political integration model. Currently, the organization's main approach is to carry out the construction of Party in non-governmental organizations. According to the documents of our central government, innovation and initiative of grassroots party organizations play a variety of organizational integration of mode, such as the building of party building, joint branch, community branches, which is characterized by tissue coverage and community-carrier model with representatives of the regional Party. According to the goal of organizational integration, those models of organizational integration are successful, but from the angle of the promotion of the growth of civil society, the change of the pattern of strong government and weak society in our country, and the cultivation of NGO's autonomy, the performance level of organizational integration is not high enough.Social integration as a complementary mode of organizational integration, is an attempt to strengthen influence of the party on the non-governmental organizations outside the system. Its fundamental purpose is to enhance the legitimacy and recognition of the ruling party. Organizational integration of social integration is not an alternative but a complementary mechanism. In theory, the social integration of nation-building should take different approach, by the way of the ruling party's embedding in society to achieve the party's standard integration of non-governmental organizations, the interests of integration, the value of integration. In China, the party is facing multiple problems during social integration, but with ruling party's advantage position and policy approach, the goal of maximization of social integration of non-governmental organizations can come true.
