Studies On Building Relationship Between The Party And The Masses In New Socialist Countryside

On the historical background of accelerated development of the socialist market economy, China's rural economic structure, social structure has undergone profound changes, and peasants'ideas, interests need become increasingly diverse. This unprecedented social revolution not only injected a socialist vitality for his harmonious new rural building, also brought about a serious challenge to the building of rural grassroots party organizations. And this revolution t has made the rural grassroots party organizations to face unprecedented pressures and difficulties on how to improve the party-cadre-mass relations issues.Emphasis on"three rural"issues is our party's consistent thinking. It is a great meaningful behavior for the construction of new countryside to solve the"three rural"effectively. And the"three rural"issue needs to establish harmony in the rural party-basis. Without harmonious ties between the party and mass as a guarantee, there would be no stability in rural areas and increasing of peasant incomes. In this sense, the harmonious party -mass relations is the key to the building of socialist new countryside. At this stage, the situation of the relation between party and mass in rural areas show different characteristics in different regions. Therefore, both in the economically developed eastern areas and in the emerging or less developed central and western regions, from a comprehensive analysis of the theoretical level, we can summarize character of the rural relation between party and mass as in the following aspects: First, the increasingly interest and benefit; second, there are differences in the feelings of the party in different social groups in rural areas; Third, the weak response and ability of the rural grass-roots party organizations to social stratification; and fourth, the emergence of a crisis of confidence from few people. The emergence of these new problems on the building of a harmonious rural relation between the party and mass put forward the most urgent requirements. The author believes that a harmonious model must have the four core elements, namely: the party harmony, party-trust, party-with the benefits and party-together. Based on the above analysis of the characteristics and factors, in order to achieve a harmonious rural party-mass relation, to build a harmonious new countryside, it is necessary to develop the rural economy and protect the interests of the masses as an eternal theme. And then, the building of grassroots party organizations is regarded as an important guarantee to realize the establishment of the relation between party and mass in rural area. At the same time, the Party's mass line will be regarded as the important way to achieve a harmonious rural party-mass coordination, and grasping the ideological and political work is the central link to create a harmonious relation between the party and mass.
