Through studying and analyzing the practice of Vietnam's political reform, we can find the reasons what Vietnam achieved initial results in political reform. mainly due to: The right to formulate a political reform objectives, principles and guidelines; continuously strengthen party building and exerted the role of party organizations strong fighting force; attention to the research and innovation of Marxist theory; taken incremental innovation approach; with an open mind eager to learn, and actively learn from other countries experience.
