Vietnam Since The Reform And Opening Up The Political System Reform Research

Political restructuring is an important part of socialist reform, and it is the process and means of the socialist system in its ceaseless development and improvement. When socialism has been from an ideal into reality since 1917, the socialist system has been through continuous reform and improvement. Especially since the late 1980s and the early 1990s, the comprehensive reform of the socialist system has been the grand historical scenes of the international socialism movement. Since Vietnam officially started innovation and opening up to outside world in 1986, socialist reform of Vietnam has made a great progress and success. Above all, the dynamics and the effectiveness of political system reform in Vietnam have attracted the attention and research from all over the world.There are lots of treatises and articles in the research of Vietnam reform especially the political system reform in Vietnam, but most of them are factual descriptions of Vietnam reform. They are lack of theory analysis, summary and promotion of Vietnam socialist reform especially the socialism political reform. For that reason, this article selects Political mechanism theory as the analytical tools, and makes an analysis and summaries experiences and revelation of the political system reform in Vietnam since innovation and opening of Vietnam.This paper consists of two parts: The first part is the introduction. This part firstly proposes the causes for choosing this title from the following three aspects: Democracy is the life of socialism and the goal of socialist political system reform; Scientificity of politics operational mechanism guarantees the superiority of political system; the achievement of Vietnam's political system reform is evident. Secondly, this part summarizes available research achievement of Vietnam's political system reform, and thirdly elaborates some concepts such as political institution, political system and political mechanism with the purpose of investigating Vietnam's political system reform since renovation on basis of analyzing politics operational mechanism.The second part is divided into three chapters, which is the main body of this thesis. This part elaborates Vietnam's political system reform since renovation from the following three aspects: Background and process, achievements and limitations, experiences and enlightenment of Vietnam's political system reform.
