Research Of Army Ideological And Political Education In Network Application

For the past few years, popularity of network technology and the tremendous development of information construction in our army provide opportunities to apply army ideological and political education to network technology. We have to catch up with the trend of the times, transform the ideas, expand our horizon, and expand the supervision area, innovative methods of work. We make an effort of combination of army ideological and political education with network technology; enhance the direction and timeliness of ideological and political education. At the present time, our construction of network and media has improved step by step. The net media, representative of modern media, has the close relation to Mass Communication. Education in Ideology and Politics is that educator (disseminator) works to teach student (audiences) ideology and politics and aim to obtain change, by using a kind of pattern, method, way, and carrier. In our army, education in ideology and politics, using the net, possesses the basic element in broadcasting, which is a special phenomenon in communication. We are faced a new political issue, which is to carry out army education in ideology and politics combined with Mass Communication.This article is comprised of introduction and 3 chapters. The introduction clarifies the article's background, currant research, and theoretical significance, practical meaning. The second chapter mainly presents the characteristic of net media, and the development course of our army ideological and political work in networking and the work's basic situation, in detail. The third chapter deals with the problems of our army ideological and political networking course . And our ideological and political work is combined with the relevant knowledge of Mass Communication. In our army ideological and political networking course, we have four aspects problems, firstly the theoretical level of disseminator (educator) is low, secondly the construction of dissemination medium is lack of integrated planning, thirdly audient (student) has low ability in analyzing and using the network information, fourth the work is lack of net accomplishment and supervision mechanism of net. The fourth chapter is the strategy research on the four problems above. The fourth chapter proposes that teaching in different level, which means teaching different students in different treatments, in different passion, fulfill the need of different level's persons.
