Use for reference on students'management of foreign country university.Besides, it is necessary for colleges to manage students according to law and build a strong legal management institution on the base of guaranteeing students'rights.In the second part, some investigation about the legal management condition is carried out in six colleges in Guangzhou, according to which, five problems are post, that is, weak legal idea for supervisors, low extent on legal management, weak legal idea for students, Students'little concern with managing in colleges, and few paths for saving students'rights.In the third part, Some feasible measures on students'legal management in colleges are brought forward, including strengthening supervisors'legal management idea, making colleges'rights reasonable, improving students'law idea, enlarging the rights on students'concern, and consummating mechanism for students to guarantee their rights.
