Group of industrial breed migrant works is a new group which in an awkward dilemma of half-Urbanization。But they are also the main force of industrial worker, important force in urban construction and the new rural construction. Their fate related with the change of china's economic structure and development of harmonious society.I study the group from the view of social capital which has a strong explanatory force; the issue of industrial breed migrant works is a systematic project. The author takes industrial breed migrant workers from GuoXiang apartment in the Binhai New Area of Tainjin as example, through case study and questionnaire survey method of interviews to collect information, explore the social capital that Industry breed migrant workers had by Qualitative and quantitative study.Firstly, describe the social capital situation of industrial breed migrant workers in a different classification. According to different levels, puts social capital into relational social capital, organizational social capital and institutional social capital. Than Analysis these types of social capital situation, meanwhile, use the method of social networks to analysis relational social capital. Then,base on the historical reasons, External causes and personality of breed migrant workers; explore the reason of breed migrant workers lack of social capital. And think deeply about the reform of the labor personnel system and the values of breed migrant workers. At last, find the ideal mode of social capital construction of breed migrant workers, puts forward feasible proposal on Society organizations and individual three levels. I hope that more attention paid to this group and more people to help this group.
