In this paper, to clarify the basic concepts of religion and religious belief, and to clarify their meaning and structure elements based on the Liaoshen region as part of the Christian and Buddhist believers as the research object, trying to reveal the general religious faithful Liaoshen the basis of reality, and then discuss their religious beliefs and their relationship between subjective well-being. To give full play to religious belief in the positive role of psychological counseling, to better serve the religious community, and promote harmonious development of society.In this study, based on the analysis in the literature, proposed model of religious belief, the use of qualitative interviews and quantitative way combination, prepared for the faithful Christian and Buddhist religious beliefs questionnaire; use of self in the religious beliefs questionnaire Liaoshen areas surveyed in the 383 Christian and Buddhist believers, the rigorous statistical analysis, the following conclusions:1. The religious self questionnaire has good reliability and validity, and can serve as a measure of religious Christian and Buddhist believers and religious behavior of psychological tools. Between religion and subjective well-being was significantly related to religious beliefs positively predicted scores to SWB, including the experience of joy could predict subjective well-being.
