In recent years, a variety of disharmony factors which influenced the campus safety are increasing, which are threatening the environment of public elementary and secondary school security in U.S. And in those factors, the students'behavior is very conspicuous. The peaceful campus may be disturbed with the students'problem behavior, such as cheating in exam, carrying violated publications or gun, and drug abused. Based on the consideration of maintaining campus security and school management, school administrators or teachers need to search student's body or schoolbags or lockers mandatory. Through the search, school can find the problem behavior of students and further prevent the behaviors which may disrupt the teaching order or endanger the campus safety. However, what the U.S. education and social concerning is how to seek an appropriate balance between the civil rights and campus safety.
