The rise of transnational social responsibility is a hot issue in recent years, the theory of development and legislative practice has been the focus of attention. The theory of social responsibility in multinational corporations and legislative practice is lagging behind the development of host country specific and relatively relaxed environment, along with the expansion of transnational capital, and deepening of economic globalization and transnational social responsibility, conflict, triggering a series of new problems. Multinational in the developing countries of China, it has huge impact on general economic and social development.The main purpose of this study is the social responsibility of transnational corporations through the basic of legal theory.
