Research On The Impact Of Community Neighborhood Committee's Quality Of Service On Resident Satisfaction And Attachment

Community Neighborhood Committee is a self-management, self-education, self-service autonomic self-organization of the grass roots, playing a role of bridge between the government and the people with its intrinsic work of providing service to the community residents.Construction of a harmonious society needs to improve the building of a harmonious community. As a community management institution and organizations, community neighborhood committees play particularly important roles. Harmonious community depends on the resident's approve, satisfactory degree and their belongingness. It is generally agreed that the quality of Community Neighborhood Committee will have an impact on resident satisfaction and their attachment. The higher the quality is the higher the resident satisfaction and their attachment. It is unknown that what are the relationships between these three aspects.How much they are involved is unknown either. Therefore, research on relationship between service quality of Community Neighborhood Committee and resident satisfaction and their attachment will be a new research subject in the aspect of community building.Theories of service quality and satisfaction come from business studies, and become mature gradually. This thesis takes the advantage of the relevant research to survey and evaluate service quality of community neighborhood, resident satisfaction and community attachment. Study the relationship between the three and the impact degree will also be included. This research will provide reference to improve the neighborhood committee's service quality and policy making of the government. Main research contents are as follows:Firstly, the thesis shows the research background with a start of showing the present development situation and functions of community neighborhood committees.The research significance will be explored from aspects of theory and reality. The content and thread of the thesis will be ascertained basing on summarizing research achievement abroad.Meanwhile, correlation theory of service quality, resident satisfaction and resident attachment will also be analyzed.Secondly, the thesis introduces research design. In this section, feasibility of the research will be analyzed.The research framework and hypotheses will also be raised, this thesis shows the operational definitions and measurement of dimensions.A conceptual model of the impact of Community Neighborhood Committee's quality of service on resident Satisfaction and resident attachment will be established by supposing the relationships between the three aspects and adopting structural equation method as the modeling method.Thirdly, questionnaires are prepared for investigation. Identification, evaluation and parametric estimation will be researched by adopting data processing method. Simultaneously, hypothesis testing of structural equation model will also be carried out in order to confirm the research hypotheses above, define the relationship of the three parties, and analyses the guidance of the research achievement to the development of community neighborhood committees.Finally, it is the conclusion. It summarizes the contents and innovations of the thesis, and proposes the future research prospects.
