Research On The Interaction Project Of Resident's Neighborhood From The Perspective Of Community Revitalization

With the development of economy of our country and urbanization process,mobile population rapid growth,the living style of urban residents has also changed.The city community has broken the traditional living mode of courtyard residence.Especially in the talent apartment community,the population flow is large,the community residents are unfamiliar with each other,and the neighborhood relationship is indifferent and alienated,and the collective consciousness and public concept of this community are weak.At the same time,the residents in the talent apartment community are mainly composed of highly knowledgeable talents,the community human resources are facing idleness and waste.In the face of this situation,from the perspective of community revitalization,this paper advocates the idea of bottom-up to realize the awakening of residents' independent consciousness and continuous community training,and promote neighborhood interaction,realize positive community interaction,improve residents' ability to solve problems independently and enthusiasm to participate in community affairs,and promote community autonomy and self-development.Based on the project of "new Suzhou people",one of the socialization projects of community service purchased by Suzhou municipal government,this paper carries out six project activities according to the results of the preliminary demand survey of the project.From the perspective of community revitalization,this paper constructs good neighborhood interaction,cultivates residents'ability of CO governance and mutual aid consciousness,and promotes the sustainable development of the community.This article takes the promotion of neighborhood interaction as the starting point.Based on the perspective of community revitalization,this paper takes the project of "new Suzhou people" in J talent apartment community as the research object.In view of the phenomenon of indifference and alienation of neighborhood relationship,low community identity and participation of community residents,through the practical application of community building theory and regional development mode,combined with the actual research situation,the scheme design is carried out.Using the perspective of community revitalization to carry out project research,by mobilizing the strength and talent advantages of residents from the bottom to the top,starting with improving the current situation of neighborhood interaction,creating a good interactive and mutual aid atmosphere for residents,can fully mobilize the enthusiasm of residents to participate,enhance the sense of belonging of residents,establish collective awareness,lay the foundation for the development of community self-organization,and further promote the sustainable construction and culture of the community development.In addition,the use of project intervention in the community has the advantages of clear objectives,complete planning and clear stages,which is conducive to the smooth implementation of project activities and the realization of objectives.After the completion of the project,it has produced certain effect and basically achieved the expected goal of the project.Finally,the project effectiveness is comprehensively evaluated,and the experience is provided for similar communities to improve neighborhood interaction and community revitalization and development through reflection and summary.
