The Mechanism Of Resident Participation Behavior Affect The Resident Citizenship

Abstract:In recent years, community public health services in China has been considerable development, but in the process of development, there are still many problems. Residents as beneficiaries of the community health service policy, what the current situation of residents participation, how the efficiency of public health services provided, how residents’satisfaction with the services, what the level of residents trust for the organization, why residents will have citizenship behavior that conducive to organizations and individuals, this series of issues worthy of thinking and research. This study based on the perspective of the residents participation to explore the current situation of residents participation in public health services, to explore how specific behavior of the residents participation affect the residents satisfaction and residents trust, to explore the relation theoretical model that participation behavior affect citizenship behavior. Hope to provide a theoretical basis and practical guidance for the development and management of community public health services.First, this study reviews the relevant literature of customer participation, customer satisfaction, customer trust and citizenship behavior, secondly, design the dimensions of residents participation behavior and citizenship behavior on the basis of the theory and the results of previous research, and try to establish the theoretical models of relationship between the four factors. Founding the problems of the community public health in the process of questionnaires and interviews with residents, and getting the following conclusions to empirical research in the area of public health:1. In order to improve the efficiency of the social health resources and reduce the cost burden of medical treatment on residents,government departments should start with strengthen the propaganda and guidance, to implement the public health service policy reinforcing that benefit all people.2, The participation of residents behavior and residents citizenship behavior is positively correlated.3. Resident satisfaction and trust plays an intermediary role for the relationship of resident participation and citizenship behavior.This paper collated the related theoretical and practical contribution, summed the limitations of this study, Hoping that the results of this article can obtain more detailed research by other scholars.
