The Survey On Resident' Satisfaction Of Urban Community Management

With the continuous development of city in our country, community management gradually becomes a more and more important social role in modern City. The results of community management directly related to the stability of the society and the improvement of people's quality of life. The satisfaction of residents reflects the comfort and satisfaction of the urban community residents to the current community management, it is an important indicator of community development, and it can provide reference for the balanced development of urban community management in our district.This paper tries to regard the feel of residents that live in community as the research object, and using random sampling with questionnaire survey, regarding Lu Cheng District of Wen Zhou City as an example to analyze residents' satisfaction of urban community management, we mainly studied the Lu Cheng District urban residents on community management satisfaction and its influencing factors. According to 785 valid questionnaires, using statistical software spss19.0 for data analysis, and also analyzed the relationship between the various projects of urban community management in the six aspects and the community overall satisfaction analysis, and using the method of qualitative analysis, to obtain the different social groups in the city resident's individual characteristics will have a significant impact on the satisfaction of community management, this paper draws six variables in the four variables (gender, occupation, education, Monthly income), have significant impact on satisfaction of community management, The other two (age, marital status), for the community management and resident satisfaction differences do not exist significant.The results showed that the six factors of community service, community style, public facilities, community organization, community environment. Among them, community organization is the most critical and core factor that affects the satisfaction of community residents.Basis in the survey data analysis results, the author integrated field interviews, using qualitative analysis method, summarizes the urban community management of all aspects of existing problems and reasons:One is community management mode single;The second is residents of the community consciousness is not strong, And the third is the grid community personnel are scarce; the fourth is member of the grid and home communication channel is not smooth. In order to improve the urban community management and further enhance the satisfaction of community residents, this study proposed some corresponding suggestions: one is strengthen the cultivation of community personnel, the second is to build a big grid running pattern,and the third is the implementation of the grid is responsible, the fourth is to create a network of urban communities, hoping to lift residents quality of life to build a harmonious and civilized community resident satisfaction of community management in our region provide the basis and reference.
