With the deepening and development of urban community building, the resource allocation of community service is faced with a rare opportunity and a major challenge. On the one hand, our economic strength has been a huge financial support for the resource allocation of community service. The government attaches great importance to construction and the related public service system continues to improve development of the community. All of these provide a solid foundation for the construction and optimization of the resource allocation of community sevice. On the other hand, with the continuous improvement of living standards, the residents’ requirements get more diversified and personalized. Optimizing existing resources allocation status of community services to meet the needs of residents has great significance to improve people’s livelihood and promote the construction of a harmonious society. In this social context, this paper takes the resident satisfaction as the starting point to study the measurement of the resource allocation of community service. According to residents’ focus and the characteristics of community service, the paper makes specific analysis from both theoretical and empirical aspects.First, this paper analyzes the current situation about the resource allocation of community service, and the development and application about the theory o f resident satisfaction by reading related literature. The paper defines the relevant concepts, constructs a theoretical framework of community service, and analyzes the actors, content, level and mode of operation of community service in depth. The paper parses the contents and the configuration process of the resource allocation of community service. Combined with the existing conceptual model, the paper grasps the connotation and features of resident satisfaction.Secondly, according to the classical customer satisfaction model, the paper puts forward the principles, particularity and the mechanisms about the model. The paper chooses 11 latent variables to make structure model, such as resident expectations, perceived quality, community sense, configuring content, resident participation, the configuration, support resources, perceived value, residents satisfaction, community image and resident trust. By grasping the contents of the latent variables, it forms a measurable variable system with 30 indicators, and the paper analyzes the features and usability of the model.Finally, the paper chooses three communities of different types in Shijiazhuang City as an example to take the survey and obtain the sample data, analyzing the reliability and validity of the questionnaire to ensure the reliability of the data. The paper uses LISREL method to solve the structural equation model, verifies model assumptions and the fitting degree between model and data. By discussing the running results, the paper find the impact factors of resident satisfaction and make relevant policy recommendations.
