The Research On The Countryside Culture Construction In Building A Well-off Society In An All-round Way

The development of human civilization needs the guidance and support of advanced culture. With the development of human civilization, the status and function of culture become more and more outstanding. It has been proposed in the report of the Sixteenth National Congress of the CPC that culture is the main content of overall national strength and culture construction is a strong impetus to build a well-off society in an all-round way. As a large agricultural country, countryside culture construction in China plays an important role not only in advancing the countryside but also in building a well-off society throughout the whole country.Building a well-off society in an all-round way is a target, which includes economic construction, political construction, cultural construction, sustainable development. It also involves the harmonious progress of countryside and city. Yet, judging from current situation, we can find that countryside culture construction is the most unsubstantial aspect in building a well-off society in an all-round way. So, it is both intrinsic requirement and important guarantee to strengthen countryside culture construction in the process of building a well-off society in an all-round way.This article is mainly on the four parts: The first part is in relation to the introduction of countryside culture construction.
